The Terrassa clinic is inside QSport Parc Vallès, on Carrer de Colom, within the Parc Vallès shopping and leisure complex. It is a consultation room inside the sports centre, accessed via reception: you do not need to be a member to attend; simply arrive with your appointment booked and say you are visiting for nutrition.
Anna López, a registered dietitian-nutritionist, sees clients here. The first appointment lasts 45 minutes and gives us time to understand the full picture: why you have come, what you have tried before, your work schedule, physical activity, what you eat away from home and what your doctor says if you are receiving treatment. You leave with guidance for the week and your follow-up arranged, in person or by video call.
The location explains a lot about this clinic. Parc Vallès is next to the C-58 and N-150, with more than 600 free parking spaces, making it convenient for people driving from Matadepera, Viladecavalls, Ullastrell, Vacarisses, Rubí or Sant Quirze, as well as anyone leaving the Santa Margarida industrial estate at lunchtime. For food shopping, Terrassa has the Mercat de la Independència and Mercat de Sant Pere, as well as neighbourhood shops; advice takes these into account. Within Terrassa, it is a convenient option for Can Jofresa, Segle XX, Cementiri Vell, Ca n’Anglada, Les Fonts and the town centre.

Arrive with your appointment confirmed, check in at QSport reception and follow the access instructions provided when you booked.
Parc Vallès lists more than 600 free parking spaces, with covered parking and motorcycle spaces. It is Alimmenta’s most convenient clinic if you are driving. However, the car park can fill up during busy shopping hours, so allow a few extra minutes.
Parc Vallès is served by local buses. On weekdays, routes L7, L8 and L9 stop at Can Jofresa, and L10 reaches Parc Vallès and Avinguda del Tèxtil; routes differ at weekends, so check them in advance. By car, access is via the C-58, N-150 and roads connecting with Sabadell and Sant Quirze.
