You get the confirmation and the video call link by email. All you need is a phone or computer with a camera, your scales at home and a tape measure.

We go over your situation, your history and your habits, and you leave with your first recommendations. If you have blood test results, send them to us beforehand.
4 · Your plan and follow-up
A week later we explain your plan, and then we review it every two weeks. You can combine online and in-person visits.

Does an online consultation work in the same way as an in-person one?
The location changes, not the method. Your dietitian-nutritionist assesses your case, reviews your goals, habits and test results if you have them, prepares a tailored plan and provides the same follow-up. The first appointment lasts 45 minutes in both formats.
What happens at the first online appointment?
It helps us learn about your goals, health, habits, schedule, preferences, history and any relevant clinical information. Based on this assessment, we prepare a personalised plan, explain it to you and review it together during the same session.
Can I have all my follow-up appointments online?
Yes. You can start and complete the process online, even if you live far away or move to another city. If you would prefer an in-person consultation at any point, you can combine both formats without interrupting your follow-up.
Who will see me?
A qualified, registered dietitian-nutritionist from the Alimmenta team. Online consultations are provided by Juana MÂȘ GonzĂĄlez (col. CAT000921), Cristina Lafuente (col. Can I ask questions between appointments?
During active follow-up, you can ask questions by email or message. The team replies when available, and anything that needs a more detailed review can be discussed thoroughly at your next consultation.
What do I need for the video call?
A device with a camera and a place where you can talk in privacy. If you have recent test results or reports, keep them handy or send them before your appointment so you can make the most of your first visit.
