Your insurer does not pay for the nutrition consultation: Alimmenta applies the discount once we have checked your card. It is the same consultation, with the same registered dietitian, in person or online.

Does my insurer pay for the nutrition consultation?
No. You pay for the visit. Because you are with one of the insurers we work with, you pay a reduced price at Alimmenta, which we apply once we have checked your card.
What do I need for the insurer price?
Your card or policy number and a photo of your card. Send them with the form on this page or to [email protected], or bring your card to the clinic.
Do I need a referral or authorisation?
No. We do not process authorisations or claims with the insurer.
Is it valid online?
Yes. The price is the same in person and online, and you can switch from one visit to the next.
Does it apply to follow-ups and packs?
Yes: first visit, follow-ups and packs. It cannot be combined with other discounts; if you have several, you choose one.
What about endocrinology?
It has no insurer price. If your policy includes expense reimbursement, we give you the invoice so you can claim it.
