Does Sanitas pay for the nutrition consultation?
No. You pay for the visit. Because you are with Sanitas, you pay a reduced price at Alimmenta, which we apply once we have checked your card.
What do I need to access the agreement price with Sanitas?
Your card or policy number and a photo of your card. Send them with the form on this page or to [email protected], or bring your card to the clinic.
Do I need a referral or authorisation from Sanitas?
No. We do not process authorisations or claims with the insurer.
Does the Sanitas agreement price also apply to online consultations?
Yes. It is the same in person and online, and you can switch from one visit to the next.
Does it apply to follow-ups and visit packs?
Yes: first visit, follow-ups and packs. It cannot be combined with other discounts; if you have several, you choose one.
What about the endocrinology consultation?
It has no insurer price. If your Sanitas policy includes expense reimbursement, we give you the invoice so you can claim it.
