How long do you take to reply?
We read messages during clinic hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 20:00. If you write outside those hours, we reply the next working day.
Can I book without writing first?
Yes. On the clinic’s Doctoralia profile you can book directly yourself, without going through here.
I’m already a patient and want to change or cancel my appointment
Call us: patient care changes or cancels it in the same call, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 20:00.
Can I reach you by phone?
Yes, on +34 932 18 95 32, during the same hours. If we don’t pick up, we’re with a patient: leave us a message and we’ll call you back.
I work at a company and would like a workshop. Who do I write to?
Right here: under “What do you need?” choose “I’m a company” and Cristina Lafuente, who runs those projects, will reply.
I’d like to work or do an internship with you
Under “What do you need?” choose “I’d like to work with you”: we’ll take you to the applications page, where you can attach your CV.
Nutrition visits do not replace your doctor’s care. If you are under treatment, we work alongside them.
