It is a consultation room inside the sports centre, accessed through reception; you do not need to be a club member to attend.
Anna Armengol, a registered dietitian-nutritionist, sees clients here. The first appointment lasts 45 minutes and focuses on understanding your situation before suggesting anything: your goal, history, medication, schedule, physical activity and what you have already tried. You leave with guidance for the week and a review appointment arranged, in person or by video call.
Along with Via Augusta, Sant Cugat is Alimmenta’s best-connected clinic by FGC: the S1 and S2 lines make it easy to travel from Barcelona, Rubí, Terrassa and Sabadell, and from the station you can continue on foot or take local buses along Rambla del Celler. We regularly see people from Mira-sol, Valldoreix, la Floresta, Volpelleres, Cerdanyola, Bellaterra, Sant Quirze and Castellbisbal. Mercat de Torreblanca and Mercat Vell are the local shopping references, and the plan is built around the food you buy there.

The clinic does not have its own free parking. Sant Cugat town centre has paid blue-zone parking and underground car parks, including those around Plaça de la Unió and Lluís Millet. Check the rates and low-emission zone requirements in advance.
Sant Cugat FGC station, served by the S1 and S2 lines, connects with Barcelona, Rubí, Terrassa and Sabadell. From the station, you can continue on foot or take local buses along Rambla del Celler and through the centre. Buses also run from Cerdanyola, Rubí and other towns in the Vallès.
