Hi, I’m Juana

My name is Juani López. I studied for an FPII Higher Vocational Qualification as a Specialist Technician in Business Management Computing at the Centro de Estudios Jaume Balmes in Bellvitge. I later completed several courses, including the Cross-disciplinary “Tic” Skills Module at Barcelona Activa, an Excel course at Centro de Estudios Profesionales Informática Cepi-Base, and an online course in sales techniques and customer service.

I am organised, resourceful and highly people-oriented, qualities that help me maintain an efficient and welcoming workplace. I care about the details and providing friendly, efficient service, with empathy, patience and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

I have more than 30 years of experience in administration and customer service across different sectors, including food, services, education and healthcare. I have been at Alimmenta since 2015, where I have worked as a receptionist, managing schedules and billing and providing personalised service to clients.
