With a background in Industrial Engineering, specialising in Organisation, I began my professional career in the food industry, working on digitisation and information management projects. After working in the packaging industry for fast-moving consumer goods and completing an EMBA at ESADE, my interest in entrepreneurship, food, and health led me to lay the foundations for Alimmenta.
